Worst ever. Would never go back. The staff was so unfriendly in the morning. They kept speaking Zulu to me while I was speaking English but helped the other white guests so good. My door was jammed. I tried calling the receptionist but the number didn’t work. The carpet was dirty the shower was not comfortable. There is no help with ur bags.

My initial room that I was allocated was not clean after given a key I discovered that the room is not clean after speaking to Reception they changed the room to another one.

Friendly staff, the food was delicious. I like the location as it was @ my exit.

The bathroom need to be upgraded 😩

Had an excellent omelette and staff very attentive.

The lock on the door of the bedroom was tricky. Kettle did not switch off automatically. Could have supplied some rooibos tea.

I felt very unsafe at your establishment, as it is in the center of town. We ended up canceling our stay. Way over priced for the location.
