Room only came with one bath towel Requested a second towel of which it never arrived. The cleaner came to vacuum the room once we checked in. She also never knocked before entering,, she let herself in. A terrible shower the taps go to cold or either boiling hot water Wasn't possible to get it to a desired temperature. Will definitely not recommend them ever

"My parents were very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of the accommodation"

Everything about the accommodation...sad my parents missed breakfast as my had to be depart at 6:30am for the funeral

There were no blankets in both rooms, my parents had to sleep with the duvet cover and aircon the whole night

The guest I booked enjoyed her stay and said the breakfast was good.

I booked through booking.com and was quoted R155 for breakfast but the hotel charged me R200 for the meal. The admin service I received prior to the guest's arrival was very dissapointing and this alone will make me reconsider before booking here again.
