this is a very nice Hotel, very nicely decorated and up to date.

the meal service needs work, the bar does as well. We were there on light occupancy stay and felt under served. For the cost of the stay felt we should have better attention to meals and bar.

What a warm and welcoming stay in a charming small town. We loved the staff who were always trying to personalize our stay and ask us if we had any needs or discomforts. They were always willing to help! The property was beautiful and with the small number of rooms helped to keep down noise. Was very peaceful.

The room we stayed in was a little small. A desk and chair or seating area in the room would have been perfect for us as we had to do some work while on vacation.

Fantastic, most ingredients are local and organic. They're very flexible with preparing whatever dish you can think of. I felt like Quinoa for dinner, which wasn't available on the menu. They drove to town to buy some and made an amazing dish out of it, which is just above and beyond in my opinion.

Can't think of anything. The town itself is quiet, but a short drive from amazing spots.

Magical place, absolutely beautiful and well thought design. The staff was clearly trying to help.

- The service does not live up to the hotel's visual standard. We are leaving this place with a heavy heart because it is very beautiful but our stay was uncomfortable. During our stay, communication was very hard. The most disappointing one was around what consists of complimentary breakfast. The breakfast that was included in our booking was a fruit and coffee and we learned about this when we were expected to pay for eggs at the end of our stay, no-one told us. We were served the breakfast that a hotel this level would normally serve. The staff was very helpful with everything but they were clearly not trained for customer relationship. Language barrier was also a problem but that was not it. There is no set time for breakfast even though they say 7.30 on this site. Even after they asked the day before, it started past 8 and the service was slow. We ended up waiting for a long time and we were late with our day of sightseeing. Check in was hard because the person helping us did not know anything about bookings, they had to communicate with someone else on WhatsApp and it took quite long. - This hotel should not accept children younger than 2 years old. There is no cot/crib and the small stones are not crawlable on them.
