Ski Hotel Katerina

It was good a value for money.

There were no soap or toilet paper in the toilet and shower.

The location is the nearest to the ski resort(if you have a car). That helps to avoid the queue every morning at the Gondola. The lady who manages the hotel is very kind and she gives all the best she can!!! The room is very warm!!! Definitely we will return!!!

calm, pleasant, good cozy rooms, overall met the expectations. had a balcony that used also as a fridge. on a good snow conditions we could ski in and out! full parking space and free water from the mountains

breakfast was poor, no fridge or water heater/boiler, 5 min for hot water in showers, lack of room service, changing toilet paper. NO LIFTS

The location of the hotel was very good. In the middle of the forest, far away from the noise which I liked very much. It is also very close to the Chalin Valog ski slope, which is great. One doesn't need to wait in queues for the cabin lift in Bansko. The staff in the hotel was very nice and always helpful.

Breakfasts were not bad, but the hotel could offer a bit more. For example, Bulgarian banitsa goes well with white yogurt or "ayran", but you have to pay extra for it. These are small things that could create a better impression of the hotel services. Also, prices in the hotel restaurant are excessive given the quality of the food.
