The location, the rooms, the variety of choices for breakfast and dinner and the spa was quite nice. Last but not least, Daniel the bellman is the best bellman we have ever seen. He definitely provides a 5 star bellman experience to customers 🫡

Sometimes the food is cold but still decent.

Прекрасен хотел с невероятно обслужване! Настанихме се късно вечерта и всичко беше на ниво – стаята беше просторна, чиста и с уютен интериор. Локацията е идеална, близо до гондолата. Персоналът беше изключително вежлив и отзивчив, винаги готов да помогне с усмивка. Закуската беше вкусна и разнообразна, с много опции.
