נקיון, מיקום, ספא, צוות לובי מאוד אדיב

שרות תחזוקה לקוי. הכספת לא הייתה תקינה ובכל יום התחמקו עם סיבה אחרת. לא חידשו את ערכת חדר האמבטיה בכל הארבע ימים

"un sejur placut"

Locatia hotelului merita 5* , poti ajunge la partie traversand doar o strada De asemenea camerele sunt spatioase( am avut apartament) , ambientul placut, calitatea buna a saltelelor si pernelor . Spa-ul mic dar suficient dimensionat pentru numarul de oaspeti cu piscina incalzita si sauna umeda si uscata . Wi-fi de buna calitate .

Mancarea a lasat de dorit . In afara faptului ca nu era prea diversificata ,dar era si rece atat la mic dejun( omleta,carnaciori, bacon) cat si la cina( friptura si toate preparatele care ar f trebuit sa fie calde) cu excpetia supelor care erau fierbinti si gustoase. Restaurantul nu se ridica nici la 3*
