Nice staff, spacious room, beautiful building.

Really small breakfast

no coffee and no hot water

the receptionist was very helpful. Geneva airport had shut down due to rain and the whole airport was trying to find rooms. I got the last room available on booking.com at Le Cenacle for a reasonable price. The receptionist arranged a cab for me for 4am in the morning

I think the worst part was there was no facilities for charging my mobile phone(no usb plug).The room(room 500) was also a bit musty smelling so I had to leave the window open overnight. It would have been nice to have own wc and bathroom too.

Nice quiet spot in the city. No noise. Good parking and close to Cite student housing

No negative comments. Bathroom was very small which some people may not like but it was no problem for us

Generally clean and has a nice garden.

Inconvenient location. Price point of a hotel but more of a motel - stayed during health assembly week when accommodation in Geneva was full. Taxi drivers complain they have to drive much further up the main road because they can’t turn into the side street.
