No elevator on the place you need to take your luggages 2 stairs by yourself no one help you in the hotel . Also the bathroom is sharing in the same floor between you and the other rooms .

Nice and clean, pretty gardens

The bathroom was very small

It is located in a quiet, large park like setting. Even though we were in the city, we could sleep with our windows open and not hear city noises. In fact we were awoken by birds. It is a short walk to the Eaux-Vives train station, cafes and stores

The elevator goes to the first floor but not the second where we were located.

The size of the room and the location is great, also the QR code they provide for public transportation is a great idea and helpful.

The share restroom and bathroom.

I really didn’t like anything at all but the most disturbing thing is the RUDENESS of The STUFF it’s unbelievable, I travelled the world but it really was the worst experience I ever had.

What I didn’t? Like I said I didn’t like anything about this place I won’t call it a hotel. Usually in the room you will find a little mini Nescafé for each cup, the cleaning lady forgot to put it on the tray! I asked the receptionist to give me one, she answer with very rude way you should pay 3,5 franc Swiss for it we don’t give coffee free here she said. Plus it was more than 40 degree in August with no AC at night I am sweating all night🥵, I asked to change the sheets for me, guess what? She said we don’t change them every day we do it after 3 to 4 days 😳 any how it was a night mares experience. Never again

It was very good staying, very nice hospitality especially with Miss. Valentina hosting Thank you and looking to visit you next season

Excellent staff. Couldn’t be nicer. Always helpful. Especially Ursa at the front desk.
