Ein schönes Haus und eine tolle Gegend!

Das Frühstück war fast nichts und wir hatten im Zimmer genau einen Fahrstuhlmaschinenraum, der die ganze Zeit nervige Geräusche gemacht hat, und im Bad ging keine Lüftung.

Staff was very helpful and exceptionally polite. If it wasn't for them I would give this hotel 4/10 instead of 6/10. Breakfast is really good.

All I was looking for a roadside hotel to crush as we were driving from Dolomites to Germany. No idea why Booking.com led us to this super expensive boutique hotel. And it was seemingly one of the cheapest on the list but 550$ for a family of five for an overnight sleep, that's tough on my budget. Also, the rooms we got were on tbe top floor, accessible only via staircase. There was no fire exit or an alternative egress route in case of emergency. It's a big red flag on my book. Rooms had no A/C. It was super hot. When we opened the windows, it was too loud from the party at a nearby community swimming pool. Town of Heiden is a low key average sleepy town with very little to offer. I am still bitter about the amount of money we paid. 6 is still generous but that is for the awesome staff.
