Lovely hotel and very very clean hotel overall. Loved the balcony on the second floor. Lovely staff.

Change of room for first night with no offer of refund which we weren’t particularly bothered about but it would have been nice to be offered something for our inconvenience. Room not cleaned for 4 days until we complained after which it was cleaned most days. Left without any toilet roll on 2 occasions. Very basic breakfast with no hot food, not even toast. Stayed for 13 nights and 2 of these days there were no staff in the hotel apart from at breakfast. When we left no thank you for your stay or have a safe trip! Didn’t see the manager of the hotel for the whole stay. Seems to be running on very minimal staff. Bar and restaurant closed most nights. Most visitors appear to stay only one or two nights so you would think for long staying guests who were known to be visiting family we would be looked after well to encourage us to stay there again!

Don’t miss the terrace on the 1st floor! Perfect for a drink at sunset.

The room was perfect for a family, the beds were great, loved the kitchenette area and the view of the mountains! The staff was very helpful, guided us to many local area attractions and good offers.

Breakfast buffet was good, but would have like to see a few more options in the buffet, like sweet pastries or eggs.

The owner was very helpful. He helped us contact a relative that we were having trouble finding. It's a really nice hotel - I highly recommend it.
