I really can’t recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at the Dawn Villa where you won’t have to worry about a thing. The place is spotlessly clean; honestly, you won’t find even a speck of dust. The room is spacious, bright, and well furnished, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The balcony is lovely and adds even more to the cozy atmosphere. On top of that, there’s Trang and her family, who are kind-hearted, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Thank you Trang for being such a wonderful host and for setting the bar so high. I’m truly grateful that I found your place!

WAW! mon logement préféré de mon voyage au vietnam! Incroyablement propre, le ménage était fait aux 2 jours avec nouvelles serviettes et bouteilles d'eau! L'hôte et sa famille sont d'une gentillesse incroyable! Tout fonctionne très bien dans la chambre, il y a un système avec une carte à puce que lorsqu'on la retire les lumières et l'air conditionné arrête. C'est un système très bien et qui empêche que les propriétaires rentre dans la chambre pour éteindre l'air climatisé comme dans la plus part des autres endroits ici. Bref je vous conseille de venir séjourner ici ça vaut extrêmement la peine!

C'est un établissement formidable avec une qualité d'hébergement digne des grands hotels. Propreté, équipement, confort et bon accueil sont au rendez-vous. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice porch area, owners were wonderful and helpful

All was great. If anything, it is slightly away from the main Old Town area which meant it was nice and quiet, but it is close enough that you’re only 3-5mins Grab/Bicycle ride to the main Old Town. Also, there is no elevator but the stairwell was quite nicely built - my 76yr old mother was easily able to walk up to her (& my daughter’s) twin room on the first floor

The host, Trang, was amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked. The only downside we found was the lack of elevator, but the hosts helped us get our luggage up and down to our room in the second floor so it was okay. Trang helped us with some events booking and a taxi to the airport. They also provide laundry service which takes less than 24 hours even for a large amount. They charge ~30 grands per kilo which was quite reasonable.
