It was in a great location, quiet but still near the old quarter. Room was very spacious and was exceptionally clean! Hosts were super nice and friendly. We also rented a motorbike from them.

If I could I would rate 11! Rooms are clean and spacious, nice views from the windows. The family that runs the place is super nice and attentive. The hotel is about 7 min away from the old town. There is something about this place that makes it really pleasant to live there.

Can’t express how well we were looked after at Dawn Villa, the hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful!They even packed us breakfast for our early flight as we checked out. The place is also stunning and super clean, and the location was perfect!

The location is perfect! Walking distance to Hoi An Ancient town. It's tucked away in the residential side of Hoi An, which means less noise from the streets while getting a good night sleep. The room was spacious, clean, and even has a balcony with plants! I had arrived earlier than expected, but Trang's team prepared the room as quick as possible for me. The homestay is managed by Trang and her family. I really enjoyed the presence of her family and how welcoming they were. Her family even offered me snacks and hot tea several times at no cost. She even recommended two tours, and I will highly recommend the cooking class + coconut boat tour! Trang showed me authentic Vietnamese hospitality, which made my trip memorable! Especially her cute little nephew who welcomes you as you arrive, he also got snacks for me; very homely environment. Definitely recommend staying here!

Don't confuse the remote controls like me. I must have been so tired that I couldn't differentiate between the fan remote and the A/C remote, which was hung on the wall

Our best stay in Vietnam - it was wonderfully quiet, it's only a few minutes' walk to the bustling old town and Trang and her family were very hospitable and organized bicycles and a ride to the airport for us. We were able to relax here after a few exhausting days of traveling. An absolute recommendation!

Best place in Hoi An! The hosts are great, caring, kind. Clean, good wifi, spacious and bright.

All was great. The room is tidy, with all needed, including a desk and a small table so we could comfortably work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped with a couple of additional requests we had. About 12 -15 minutes walk from the central part of the town.
