The staff was amazing! We arrived around 6am after being on a night bus all night and they gave us tea and cookies while we waited for our rooms to be ready. The rooms were sooo comfy and nice, and the shower was amazing! When I moved to a different location the next day, one of the staff members even offered to drive me. Overall such a great Homestay!

Everything was great!

This home stay is amazing! We were warming welcomed by the family and they looked after us so well during our stay. The room was so spacious and had an amazing bathroom. Everything was clean. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Nice and clean accommodation, big room, nice balcony. Had everything you need. Trang was very friendly and helpful.

Super nice family, they were lovely! The room was super clean, had everything we needed, and very spatious. Also it had a balcony which was nice. the bed was comfy. They even lent us bikes for free (good ones!) which we truly appreciated. location is 5-7 min walk to the start of the old tow . I would recommend this place!

Very nice accommodations, clean and well-maintained. Extremely helpful owners who assist with any questions and always check if everything is okay or if anything else is needed. If one of your travel goals is Hoi An, I definitely recommend it. Thank you again to the owners for the wonderful hospitality!

Our stay at this hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our three-week trip to Vietnam. The facilities are brand new, and the house itself is beautiful. The owner was incredibly kind, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. One of the best perks was the option to rent bikes for just 1-2€, which made exploring the area so convenient. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

This property is ran by the most lovely family. It is in a perfect location, just a short 6-10 minute walk into the centre of the ancient town of Hoi An. It’s on a quiet street and the rooms are super spacious, clean and cold! We loved our stay at Dawn Villas and couldn’t fault it.

The nicest people I've made in ages. They'll make you feel like part of the family.

Only problem? The rooster. If you stay up late, you'll have trouble falling asleep unless you bring earplugs! ;) Not really a problem, though. I'm just a night owl. The rooster starts making noise around 2 or 3 am.

A lovely homestay. A very clean and comfortable room. We were looked after by the wonderful Jan and her family. They were very friendly and welcoming and helped make our stay in Hoi An wonderful. Jan organised transfers to the airport and scooters so we could explore the area around Hoi An. This was one of our favourite homestays in Vietnam. Thank you Jan!!!
