Dawn Villa Homestay Hội An

The property was very clean, and welcoming. The location was perfect for being away from the main hustle and bustle but only 5-10 minutes for being in the thick of it. The beds were comfy, we had a balcony room which was spacious and had lots of space. Our hosts had bikes and scooters which were both in excellent condition. Overall we felt very much welcomed and comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

This isn’t a complaint for us because we didn’t mind but if you struggle with stairs ask for a room lower down.

Friendly and helpful owners

The room is phenomenal, big, clean, full of light and this is the first hotel where i felt at home. I planned to stay three nights but i extended two more days just because of family that runs the hotel. Rating 10 is not enough, they deserve much more.

The room is very beautiful and was cleaned every two days. You also get water and new towels every day if needed. The family hosting the villa is sweet hearted and extremely nice and friendly. They help you booking tours and give good recommendations. Its only a 10 minutes walk to the ancient town and there are good restaurants and cafés auround.

The homestay is great. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are huge and very comfy. The location is perfect. And the host is very friendly and helpful. The only thing that disturbed our sleep both nights was a rooster crowing all morning starting from 3am. With good noise cancelling earplugs, you should be fine. Just be aware of that when staying in the room facing the back garden ;)

Very nice and welcoming family who were very accommodating to our needs. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice location in walking distance from the old town.

Could have more of an outdoor area.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was Clean and exactly as Pictured. 15 min. Walk to old town. Would recommend

There is No elevator and ITS next to a school so ITS very noisy in the morning

This place is like a guesthouse. The daughter of this house can communicate in English and is very attentive

The water heater is very difficult to adjust the temperature. There is no stability at all.
