Bed was a bit hard for my taste, the low beams were a bit low although they were padded, I did bump into them a couple of times.

Lovely scenic location, quite remote but for me it was excellent. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent food. Staff were all friendly

The bed was really uncomfortable didn’t have a good nights sleep, When eating in the restaurant we felt rushed we was still eating our starters when mains arrived.

Staff efficient and friendly.Food delicious. Cosy hotel bar and rooms . Perfectly located on ilkley moor.

Room restocked with teas,milks and toilet rolls on second day !

Lovely location and excellent facilities. Firm beds. Very clean. Very good breakfast. The staff were really helpful. Wonderful sunset from our bathroom skylight!

Our room was in the eaves. It was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. We are in our 70s and one of us has mobility issues so this was a big challenge. We’d anticipated a stunning view from our room but had to stand on tiptoe to look through the skylight. This was disappointing.

Pleasant comfortable place, great food and atmosphere.

I didn't realise the single room I had would only have a Velux window with no view - disappointing and a little claustrophobic
