Lovely staff. Food excellent, both evening meal and breakfast. Room clean and ensuite excellent.

Maybe a selection of cereals. As some times dont want a cooked breakfast. But what I had was lovely, couldn't fault it.

We're probably biased for good personal reasons, but we always enjoy staying here. It's a great location and the rooms, particularly if you use a larger room, are comfortable and spacious. Special note for those who provided the daily room service - they were excellent. Staff generally very good

Being an older building there is some tiredness here and there and there are a few creaks and groans from wooden floorboards, but it's all quiet after 9.30pm!

The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast menu is fabulous. I had the granola and fresh fruit. There are cooked breakfast options, as well as continental and a wide range of teas, coffees and juices. The bar & pub is so welcoming, staff are polite and the atmosphere is always warm and friendly.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.
