"We paid a lot for not the best stay"

We unfortunately was up in the loft no aircon it was boiling There was no shower mat there was a sign if we wanted to request But we found it slippy and should have been one available without having to go back down to get one The breakfast was ok we did ask for bacon well done but it all seemed dry We had to ask for cerial As it wasn’t out for us to just help ourselves The staff at breakfast time was just dressed as though they were popping out seemed just a bit untidy The beds were like rock hard
