"Exceptional"

Beautiful view! Simple and clean rooms. Because of a cancelled bus, we had to cancel one night which the owner did for us with no complaints and no costs. We really much appreciate it.

"Good stay"

It's very close to the beach, and in the main town. We got a sea view room, and it was value for money.

Nothing as such. But just remember, there are stairs to go up.

"solo room passing off as superior twin room"

The great seafront location. Convenient for food and transportation. The seafront pavement is great for exercise too.

The room had only one socket so you could not charge more than one device at a time. There is no table or anywhere to put your luggage or things. The room is way too basic. The TV which was not working was left in the room to occupy needed space. A couple staying inside will have no place to put luggage and totally no room to manoeuvre. Check the room facilities carefully because whatever is not stated WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE THERE.

Really good location next to cafes, markets and bars just up the road. Friendly owners. Cheap bikes to rent and the place is also a spa so great massages available all the time

Fantastic host,Khan the owner was very welcoming and always smiling.He gave us information about the island and offers a boat tour for a great price,also cheap to rent motorbike for the day too.Room was perfect clean and just like the picture ,with beautiful views of cat ba’s ocean and boats.Highly recommend and would visit again! "All in all it was fair. I was glad to have had a place to sleep. Could use more maintenance."

Location is nice which is right on the main strip on Cat Ba. Also, the views from the room were great. The owner's were nice.

Both the heater and the TV did not work. Generally the place could use a little TLC.

AMAZING View! We didn’t beat it during our time on Cat Ba. Excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable. Great host. Would highly recommend for budget travellers.

Nice staff. Shower hot. Bed fine.

We thought we had booked view room that showed on website, but got smaller cramped backside room. We could see some view outside side the window to ocean. because we were 5 flights up. But we were only charged 5.00 a night. For the price EXCELLENT!!!

Good location. Good view.

TV didn't work. Heat/AC didn't work. Thin blankets on bed. Maid was banging on door at 9am to see if I wanted towels?
