The breakfast was good though limited options were available. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful

The rooms were very small, toiletries and room service are provided only on request despite high room rates. Painting works were going on which spoiled the ambiance.

The best part of the property was the food.. it was exceptional and the F.O staff too.

Quality of the room was not worth it.. I had come with my family, and was taken aback considering the size of the room from what I had expected.

The location

The sheets were dirty with hair on it and stains, the rooms had a damp smell - we kept door open for the smell to go. The ac kept turning off, the mechanic tried to fix but the whole night it kept turning off! We booked 2 double rooms for 04 people and when we reached the property, they demanded we pay 700 per extra person as they could only see 2 people for 2 double rooms. We tried to add an extra perosn in booking.com but message said only two people! Though we showed the message, staff said have to pay. When we checked rates for another day for 4 people for 2 rooms we got the same rate as now! They finally gave us keys n next day at checkout they said waiving the extra fees as ac didn’t work!!!!!!!!! Were the staff trying to cheat us??? When the rates remain the same how can they ask for extra money?
