Room and bathroom neat. Worth the money. Food was excellent. Staff friendly

The location is congested with narrow roads. The room AC was making too much noise and no temperature control. Even if you set at 27 degrees it is too cool and not cutting off. Probably it is a high capacity AC

Cleanliness was good.

The rules for cleaning rooms were not explain by Staff while alloting room. Food is not available, specially we were out of Kerala so they suppose to help us, they don't have tie up with any restaurant so it is very difficult to arrange the food. Lunch is not available in the restaurant. Room size is small

Staff was just friendly. No parking provided. Was not in a well oriented manner. No bills provided. As a frequent traveler and as I travel with my family I felt that this was a terrible decision to stay at Zoot. Zoot is good for bachelors and couples who ever like a just decent stay. Room was not that clean. Small room. Bathroom was decent. Bedsheets had stains. For this price, the kind of stuff they provide was way below the mark.

I recently booked this hotel for my parents, and they had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and freshly made.

There was a small issue with the room cost at first due to taxes not being included on booking.com, but it was clarified.Overall, their stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Although the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped initially, upon requesting a thorough cleaning and additional toiletries, they promptly and efficiently addressed all my concerns without any delays. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to assist even late at night and their flexibility in allowing us to check in early. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel.
