A mi familia y a mí nos gustó que nos recibieron con las habitaciones limpias, cómodas y bien iluminadas. Hasta mi gatita estaba contenta 😆

No me gustó que no hubiera más variedad en los platos a la carta del restaurante del hotel. Sería bueno que ampliaran el menú para tener más opciones para todos los gustos y con precios asequibles.

La bañera de Hidromasaje no tenía un buen mantenimiento por lo que las teclas y botones aveces se salían, no contaban con un secador de pelo en la habitación, se tuvo que solicitar en la recepción. El lugar de la habitación estaba al lado de la lavandería por lo que se escuchaban todos los ruidos de ese sector.

desde que llegue me atendieron de una manera extraordinaria, me hicieron sentir muy bien, la comida es realmente deliciosa no deje de hacer ejercicio ppr que tiene un gimnasio que practica,ente cuenta con lo necesario y aparte pedi que me faciliten e jacuzzi y lo disfrute completamente sola fue genial el personal increible me hice practicamente amiga de ellos muy amables y me hicieron reir demasiado fue una genial experiencia muy comodas las habitaciones la vista del rooftop estaba hermosaaaaaaaaaaaaa hubo un bello atardecer y acompañe con una copa de vino para mi fue increible un dia genial quiero volver

que no este este hotel en mi ciudad me encantaria tenerlo mas cerca, pero cada que vuelva a cuenca no dudare en llegar aca

El desayuno buffet fue mi parte favorita , tiene todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar una estadía placentera en Cuenca el nuevo restaurante con comida riquísima vale la pena conocerlo ,el área de gimnasio es hermoso y abren super temprano lo recomiendo sin dudarlo 🥰

地理位置还可以。停车也方便！

性价比非常低。非常贵的价格但是非常差的房间，床单上面都是头发，怀疑就没有换过床单。没有吹风机，连厕所卫生纸还不舍得给客人用，不是卷纸，而是抽出来的，用完了跟前台要也没有送，上厕所没有卫生纸非常尴尬，差评！！！！
