Great location

Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Rooms were way too hot. Zero soundproofing. Was woken up by people at 2am and again at 4am coming back.

The hotel is located right in the city center of Cuenca. The staff is very kind and willing to provide tourist information. the room is clean and breakfast is good. The hotel is built in an Old Cuenca house, very beautiful. well maintained and good facilities.

All was good. Mind that you are in the middle of Cuenca. during the day can be noisy, but during the evening is quiet enough for sleeping.
