bed was comfortable, drying rack provided as well

wifi was very slow, water in the faucet was slow as well, sink was clogged, saw a small cockroach in the wall, complained repeatedly about the wifi, slow water and clogged sink but no actions were provided

Friendly and helpful staff, the coffee downstairs was nice, room was very clean and comfy for a good rest.

Bathroom sink was leaking water when in use, not a major problem.

"Fine for an overnight stay."

Clean, comfortable bed, staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Toilet seat in bathroom wasn’t fixed and there was water on the bathroom floor.
