What was supposed to be a great holiday turned into a nightmare! I booked through Booking.com, clicked "reserve" with "nothing to pay yet," only to find out later they’d charge the full amount if I canceled—even after just a second. They only revealed this policy after I hit reserve. TOTAL CLICKBAIT!!! 😡😡😡 Check-in was another mess. It took over 30 minutes because the room wasn’t ready, and the receptionist didn’t even know we were coming. BWISIT! Then, I got charged twice for the security deposit because the receptionist mistakenly picked the wrong card type when swiping my debit card. I reported it immediately, but I left the hotel WITHOUT THE REFUND due to inaction. And the mataray manager? No apology, even though it was their mistake! And a bonus during our checkout, my Singaporean boss followed their smoking policy by going down to the parking lot from 5th floor to smoke, still on his sleepwear with swollen eyes very early in the morning, but they still charged us a 5k smoking fee! They accused him of smoking in the room just because they found cigarette remains in the bin. He used a bottle to store the remains and put it in the trash inside the room. They’re so particular about littering, if you only know!! You have a smoking area and surprised to see cigarettes? BOBO BA KAYO? The guy receptionist insisted that the room smelled like smoke, of course, he had just come up from smoking outside!!!! What’s the point of having a smoke detector then? The lady receptionist was so TANGA! IRKED ME SO MUCH!!! kept forgetting my issue when I followed up. No urgency, no care. This was the worst, most frustrating experience I’ve ever had. THINK TWICE ❌

One night stay due to Airport connection. Staff very kind and always available. Good quality/price ratio. Good for one night stop just to visit the centre of Manila because the room has only the essentials. Close to the Airport.

Room a little bit poor, with only the essentials, but acceptable comparing to the price. Position not so good to visit Manila because a little bit far from the centre.
