Arzo Hotel Premier

The location is very strange. There is a gate that has a curfew for 10pm in the main street. You have to walk after 10pm because cars are not allowed to enter. There is no wifi service. The staff said they will have somebody to check the wifi. But it did not work. I suffered for 4 days without wifi. They dont do regular cleaning services. They dont empty garbage. The dining place is closed. Its a horrible place to stay.

ARZO was cheap but clean with helpful polite staff. Acceptable value for money.

Staff were nice, well lit and spacious room.

The blanket was stained with few strands of hair and we foundsome tiny cockroaches in the room.

The room was great but the bathroom water is accumulating due bad design in drainage

The staff were really friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist.

Bedsheet wasn’t that clean and there was no hair dryer. Wifi is slow.

The staff were all kind, but I was dissatisfied with the following points: The hotel's WiFi was advertised as being equivalent to 100Mbps on the website, yet in reality, it was barely 1Mbps. There was no refrigerator. There were a lot of ants.

Very spacious. The receptionist checked me in after midnight. All in all, a very comfortable stay before my flight out of the Philippines.

The chair was half broken and the for the loo was not working properly.
