Arzo Hotel Premier

Pretty much basic hotel. Had much better experience with other hotels with cheaper prices before.

Ants everywhere in the room. Found a moth and a cockroach too. Water getting clogged in the shower. Most importantly, wanted an uninterrupted wifi connection. But wifi had issues and couldn't access it at all. In spite of repeatedly notifying the staff, nothing changed. We even notified that the faucet stopper had broken. Nobody fixed it. Didn't mention anywhere about the security deposit of 1500php which they asked me during the check-in. Next thing we would be doing after checkout was catching the flight back. So the refunded cash from the security deposit would be useless. And so, passport was placed instead. Not at all a good staying experience.

Very but very clean hotel.

When we were checking in, hours past the normal check-in time which is 2 PM, the receptionist gave us an attitude and could not care less. We later learned she was about to end her shift. We booked a quadruple room and wanted us to have the deluxe room instead, saying there's no available quadruple room and acts as if she can't do anything about it. We were stern that we already paid for a quadruple room and have the room we booked and paid. She had us wait for "20 minutes" that turned to 1 hour and just left. She wasn't even sorry about the inconvenience the hotel has caused. She didn't even ask us to fill out the form that the second receptionist had us filled out, after the hour-long wait! Such a terrible experience. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend. Terrible customer service!

The receptionist could learn more about client servicing, especially she's customer-facing.

A good place to stay if you are only looking to stay 1-2 Days.

Much better than similarly priced hotels in that area! -proper size room -not too old

-rooftop restaurant not working -the vicinity fences gets closed in the evenings, making it much harder to come back to the hotel in the evening -balcony attached to the room is not accessible
