We dined at Buffet Gourmand yesterday for breakfast and were very satisfied, especially with the excellent service provided by Mr. Renz. The food was delightful, but what truly stood out was Mr. Renz’s attentiveness and friendliness he was incredibly cute, by the way! We hope to be served by him again when we return.

This is the 1st time we had a very horrible experience with our hotel stay. Upon checking out, we were told that there's a missing bath/floor mat in our room (Executive Premier Room 602) and we will be charged 584 pesos. We informed them that the mat wasn't even there when we checked-in. Lesson learned on our end since we didn't bother to report it when we settled in our room and just brushed it off as a small inconvenience. Little did we know that it will be a BIG issue upon check out. The housekeeping staff/room attendant Arnel insisted that it was there when we checked in because they have a "perfect" check list before turning the room to their guests. The non existent "missing" bath mat will be charged to him if we don't settle. 583 pesos for a filthy bath floor mat! We also learned that this isn't the first time that this hotel had a "MISSING" towel issue. We read other reviews of guests who had a similar experience with us. So, does the hotel management really check and do something about this "missing towel" scam?? Another issue, as HONEST guests we paid for the extra persons who will be staying in the room. When we reserved the rooms, i specifically told them the exact number of persons who will be staying in the rooms. I was under the impression that these were all noted and the extra room amenities like bath towels, toiletries will be readily available once we check-in but None. We still had to request for these even though they were already informed beforehand. To be fair, the courtyard playground is good and kids will really enjoy (even adults). This is the only redeeming factor of this hotel.

This hotel is thoughtfully designed for families, especially those with young kids! We availed of their Explorecation package, which was a full-on experience—complete with selfie galleries, a courtyard playground that felt like a mini theme park (yes, with rides!), movie nights, and all-inclusive full board meals. The room setup was clearly made with little ones in mind—minimal decor, toddler-safe design, and even the bedside lamps are hanging and wire-free, so there’s nothing for curious hands to tug at. The overall experience is a treat for kids—non-stop fun from morning till night! For the parents, the breakfast buffet was a highlight—great selection and delicious food. Dinner options were more limited, but still tasty. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was both adult- and kid-friendly, making it easy to relax while keeping an eye on the little ones. Price-wise, the all-inclusive package felt just right—not overly pricey, but not cheap either. Definitely good value for what you get. One area for improvement: the café. I’m an arabica bean lover, so I was a bit bummed that they only serve robusta beans. Also, customizing drink sweetness needs some work. I had to ask the barista to remake my Spanish latte because it was way too sweet, even though I had asked for it to be less sweet from the start. Overall, a great staycation spot for families with young kids—lots of fun, thoughtful details, and a relaxing experience for parents, too.

Stayed on a weekend. Booked an executive suite. Room was not that spacious . But beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi is free and passable in speed. Bathroom doesn’t have a tub but has a bidet. Lobby looks elegant. Liked the staircase where many stay around for photo ops or literally just “staying”. Hotel built for kids fun where there is a huge play place outdoors and a dedicated pool near the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was just enough, sumptuous choices bordering on near 4 star quality . Location is right smack on the pulsating area of the city. Near many fast food outlets and a short walking distance to an SM Southmall . Liked the freebies for arriving guests , such as a mini popcorn packets and juice/cold water in dispensers. Staff service is worth commending from front desk , security and the breakfast crew. I apologize for failing to single out some of them.

1. PWD Parking was too small and looked like a normal parking space. Most of the PWD parkings are spacious 2. The 'kingsize' bed only fitted 3 pax. I don't think it was big enough 3. We ordered two (2) additional beds yet we were not informed that it comes with complimentary breakfast. My daughter paid for her breakfast in the morning
