"Felt like home!"

We had a wonderful experience during our stay, and the chef Eman (if I remembered his name correctly) made it even more special! He was so nice, taking the time to ask us about the food and how our stay was going. The meals were delicious and clearly made with care. Thank you for your hospitality and for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our stay. Looking forward to go back with my family 😊

"Exceptional"

Very quiet hotel . Very high class . Not many guests . Set up very well for families in terms of kid activities . Cheap rates currently as not well established . Great gym ! Staff were nice . Very transparent payment system in terms of the deposit vs room service charges . I would not hesitate to return . From a scientific/academic point of view a good place to hold conferences etc

"Roach"

Check out process was slow. If you need to catch a flight make sure you plan ahead. Upon check into the room there was a dead cockroach in the room.

"Overpriced and poorly run"

Not much. The staff were reasonably pleasant mostly.

Too many things to mention all. Mostly I'd say the hotel was ridiculously overpriced and run on a penny-pinching budget. The breakfast buffet was terrible.

"Not recommended for staycation"

Front desk and other lacks hospitality skills. Lacks courtesy and professionalism, very disappointing. Check out experience was not also good. Took some time to check out. No express check out options. Overall, the hotel's lack of efficient service and inattentive staff made my stay unpleasant. I cannot recommend this place to anyone expecting decent service or a smooth experience. Food was okay. Romm service cleaning service was very awful. They made me liar and so much reasoning on their part for not cleaning the room.

"Process Improvement"

We were booked with our students for the educational tour. We were informed of a situation where bloodstains were found on the mattress and bedsheet. It's very improper to charge our male students for this. They don't have fresh cuts or so. Please look into your process and internal controls. It's not good to charge outright without proper investigation. While penalties were waived because we contest the supposed charges, it is still not fine considering that it affected our itinerary schedule for the day.
