Business man’s hotel I suppose. Right across from Mihara Station. Small room but well laid out and spotless. Young man at desk was very jolly and hospitable on my arrival. No view, wall of another building but it was dark when I got there and sleep was all I craved. Desk stored my bags for me after check out as I’d planned to visit Buttsuji Temple but I missed the early bus and couldn’t wait till afternoon for the next so I took a walk down to the port. Ferry to nearby islands in the Seto Island Sea leave from there, including to Rabbit Island and I’d considered that but I was off to Lake Biwa doe the night.

Das Hotel ist schön nahe am Bahnhof gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten haben ihre besten Jahre bereits erlebt. Die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels sehr groß.

Typical businessman hotel. Little dark and needs updating. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Dark aged comforters. There are a limited number of plugs for charging phones and those have stretched sockets. This'll do for a quick night before heading out to explore.
