Hizo una reservación 20 días anterior a mi check-in con Confirmación de la Reserva y numeración por Booking. Llegué con mi esposa y hijos pequeños al hotel para realizar el check-in a las 9:30pm y en la recepción dicen que no había la reserva en el sistema del hotel. Después de casi 2 horas de espera, tuvimos que gritar con el gerente de turno para que nos atendiera y poder ingresar a la habitación casí a las 12am.

Closeness to the airport. Shuttle transportation.

Elevators were broken and the wait time was long. Smell of the hall carpet was not pleasant. There was no hair dryer in the room. The a/c barely worked properly. The room was warm. The pillows were too soft. There were no bathroom guest toiletries and no bathroom floor mat.
