The AI telephone operator was very annoying. Our shuttle driver, Paul, was truly remarkable, going over and beyond in terms of service and attitude.

Although we requested an early check in, we were constantly informed that this was not possible. When we arrived early, the young lady in reception was able to assist us. For this, we are truly grateful. The room however is such a departure from the website. Our room was small, pokey, with a view over a hotel roof. The bathrooms were also very dated. Also, no porter service? Not up to a 4 star standard in my opinion.

"Dumpy hotel"

Probably the worst Marriott you could possibly stay at. Really no redeeming qualities for this hotel. If you're stupid enough to take the airport shuttle, you'll find out the hard way that it actually runs every half hour to 45 minutes, not every 15 minutes

Close to airport and frequent, easy shuttle to hotel with helpful, courteous drivers. Check in easy and staff were very helpful.

Not about the hotel, but would be helpful if Booking had clear, up front instruction that you need to catch the shuttle and where from (I think this can be done from outside the terminal and also from P3)
