Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is ideal for the airport. The shuttle bus is very useful.

The rooms are tired and rather outdated. The aircon in the room, was rather noisy and you certainly knew if it was working or not. Compared to other hotels in the area, the room rate was a bit on the high side, however given that I had to book at 1am due to a last minute flight cancellation, I was prepared to pay for the connivence.

The location, the common areas, the restaurant,the comfort of the beds, receptionist, the service at the restaurant, the food.....all great

The room was not clean. I found a dried up coffee stain on the counter (i have a pucture of it), i ended up having to clean tables. The bed sheets were ??? because they were wringled so not sure if 100% clean. Housekeeping needs a lot of work. This is my 7th time staying here and I live it but paying a premium price includes a perfectly clean room nit the one I have experienced. I also advised reception when checked out. I did not bother dealing with changing rooms as I had an overseas 11 hr flight and was too tired.
