Unhelpful staff Asked for access to pool was told it was ok. And then didn’t reply to us for 3 hours or give us access. Accused us of stealing towels.

Fabulous location, comfy location

Easy access to CBD. Breakfast was excellent and just generally a great location. Room clean and tidy with lots of area to spread out.

It’s false advertising just like the photo of the room on this survey. There was no body to actually talk to apart from someone on the phone. We didn’t have any new towels and the room wasn’t cleaned by cleaner the duration of our stay. When we asked for new towels the lady on the phone said why do you need extra towels? You’re only staying four days. Then ask for the room to be cleaned she said what do you actually want us to clean like what a disgraceful comment. The room had patchwork on the wall and wasn’t even painted so the repairs weren’t completed so you gave us a room with damage on the wall that wasn’t even painted over. We asked for a car park when we book the room and on arrival there was no car park for us. We actually had to pay extra for car park to the mantra. We asked for a balcony room and didn’t get one we asked for a room with the laundry didn’t get one as far as I was aware it was a self-contained department once again false advertising. The lady on the phone who we were communicating with was rude, abrupt, and had zero empathy or customer service. I will be taking my complaint further.

great location handy to everything

Housekeeping should check their attention to detail. The apartment we stayed in had long black hair on the carpet , crumbs in the cutlery draw, dryer filter was full of lint and the cutlery and crockery wasn't well washed. I much prefer to have reception available other than a number to call if you need anything. Missing that personal interaction
