Great location and view of the ocean! Our room was comfortable.

Some minor cleaning in room needs to be attended to, When you lift out the bin bag there is a build up of grime on the bottom of the bin, there is dust build up around the edge of carpet throughout the room, needs the head of the vacuum cleaner taken of so it can be run along the edge of the skirting board, build up of dust in the top of dryer in the bathroom and down the sides.

We really didn’t like this property. We paid for 4 nights but stayed only one. We checked out and found an alternative accommodation. We received a message saying we had 48 hours to make insurance deposit but then were refused room number until we paid. We were given room number eventually. No staff available to instruct you, the reception area is NOT for the suites but hotel.

Misrepresentation by Bookings.com. We specifically requested a full kitchen to be able to cook our own food. My partner rang and discussed this as it was very important. We arrived and there was no key available. We were then given a key to another room on the 17th floor. The 17th floor was dirty and there were people wandering around with Dept of Justice anklets around their ankles. One person was escorting a very 'unique' young woman off the floor. The room provided was already inhabited. So we were shafted elsewhere. The 'kitchen' was a tiny microwave, no toaster and even smaller fridge. We had to use the bathroom sink to wash our cups. This holiday has cost us far more than intended, as we were required to buy 3 meals a day. Very unhappy.
