Rincon Inn and Suites

There was mold in the room and the bed was very squeezy and rooms were so loud you could hear the soda can from the room next door opening as if it was right next to you. When we told the staff of the mold we were told "well you stayed here one night" even though we left a night early.

Staff was polite especially since we arrived at 1:50 am

Bed was a cheap full size mattress instead of queen advertised.. No Breakfast... Room had an odd smell.. Area was a.ittle sketchy, we had all our travel stuff and Trailer w HD.. but all was good

The location and the price.

Outdated, the beds were awful. The beds were like fold up beds. The window ledge had dead wasps and what appeared to be mold or rust. The bathroom floor was rotted out/caving in. Extremely short staffed.

Very clean and people on duty were very nice and professional.

They don't serve breakfast.

Communication problem at check in. Very strong “perfume” smell immediately on entering lobby. Room was borderline clean, tile floors needed mopping and trash was under furniture.. Lighting in room was basically 2 choices - either in the bright spotlight or dark. The entire wall behind bed was mirrors. Room needed updating. Door jam/frame for bathroom was rusted or stained - nasty looking.

The staff was great . The room was clean .

The room was small . No vending machine and Ice machine on my floor
