Rincon Inn and Suites

There was a $100 hold put on my card that I never received a refund for even though there was no damage done to the room. I was told 7-15 days I’m going on 2 months. The employee that checked me out was very rude as well

Very run down. Looks like the room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Noisy.

Whole room/bathroom was very dirty

The managers(a couple) of the hotel were very kind. I asked them to give me an extra blanket, and without any hesitation, she gave me a clean blanket. The weather was cold and damp but I slept well. A cleaning lady cleaned my room every day.

This was a cozy stay with a reasonable price. The staff here is friendly, patient and deserve recognition.

I would have loved a pool, breakfast and a 52” tv, but where are you found that for $95 a night? Honestly, the main thing I missed was conditioner and a tiny writing pad with a pen or pencil. But that is only because I couldn’t find mine in my purse.

Clean

The room was very small - did not look anything like the advertised picture. Walls are thin and I could hear everything my neighbor did. I thought they advertised breakfast, but they didn’t even have coffee in the lobby. Overpriced for what it is. Ugh!
