Aviano Palace Hotel

I liked the style of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and how big the room was. oh it it had a mini fridge!

Spazio aperto davanti con vista sui monti. Il titolare, sig. Renzo, super cordiale e disponibile, camere ampie e pulitissime. La mattina c'era anche il figlio, che ha ereditato cordialità e disponibilità di famiglia. Colazione super, dolce e salata. La prima volta che in un albergo mi invitano a portare via qualcosa della colazione per merenda. Le stanze dotate di frigo, macchina del caffè e microonde. Letti comodi, abbiamo dormito bene, nessun rumore attorno. Meritano più di 10! Se avete tempo, ascoltate dal titolare un po' della storia della sua vita. Veramente interessante.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Especially the breakfast crew. They made sure we get the best experience of theor delicious selections and gourmet coffee options.

Check-in. It probably took 20 minutes for the elderly gentleman to check us in. No computers, not even a calculator. He had to find our names and reservation on a faded photocopy of hand written notes. Beds were very firm. I personally like it, but family not so much. Also the pillows were super thin. Couldn't get a good rest. Hotel overall is dated. Furnitures are from 1990s. Burnt marks on the shelves, water damaged bathroom doors. It could really use an update.

Sehr freundliches Personal, familiär geführt. Sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
