Pick your cliche: what a Superior boutique hotel should be like, wished we could stay longer, made to feel like family, etc. etc. Any vague faults would be churlish to mention. This is how an owner/operator runs something they love.

Attached and owned outside cafe doesn't serve french fries. It's hard to substitute if that's what you fancy with a Superior Mojito.
