They did not recognize the tickets Hey said Viador owed then to much $ So, I had to book my trip again I want a full refund

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

Staff is a bit stiff. I was charged with 10% service fee on top of room PLUS taxes. Only occurance in Ecuador during 3 week trip.
