Luna Volcán, Adventure SPA - formerly Luna Runtún

The location was good. The views are unmatched, some of the best views of any hotel I've stayed in. The restaurant on site was excellent. The rooms were clean and very large. The bathrooms were also clean and large. Staff at the hotel were all great.

The furnishings and furniture in the suite were dated. Purple pleather couches in the living room and the kitchen hasn't been update in 20+ years. You're definitely paying a high price for the views as this type of room would normally be half the price we paid.

The hotel location has a wonderful view, the gardens are beautiful and the hot water pools are a highlight!

There wasn’t a TV in room. By the time we got there, there was no energy, and the generator was out of order. So, we stayed in the darkness.

The place was amazing. The view was spectacular. People were very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my time there .

There was no hot water in the shower and the steam was poor. The staff insisted that this is the normal situation, but it doesn’t seem right. Also for a Spa one should expect some tee in the room especially when the restaurant is far
