Luna Volcán, Adventure SPA - formerly Luna Runtún

Prachtige plek met dito uitzicht over Banos. Mooi complex. Goede spa faciliteiten. Diner was goed i.t.t. het ontbijt.

In het zwembad lijken de dagjesmensen het voor het zeggen te hebben. De ligbedden, de aandacht van het personeel, enz gaat vooral naar deze groep uit. Voor deze prijs zou je een koelkast op de kamer verwachten en de service was oké, maar niet bijzonder. We hadden een jarige in ons gezelschap en het is dat ik vooraf zelf bij het hotel een taartje besteld had (tegen een bizar hoge prijs), anders was er niets geweest. Spontaan werd er totaal geen aandacht aan besteed. Gemiste kans voor het hotel.

Me encanto, todo muy bonito, la comida riquísima. El lugar es hermoso, como para descansar al 100 x 100 seguro que regreso otra vez, te conectas con la naturaleza

una recomendación, me gustaría que tenga TV en la habitación o una opción si el huesped desea Tv

The bedroom was comfortable warm and spacious. We enjoyed the use of the pools and the views are great at dusk and night time. The half board dinner food was okay.

Service was lacking in all areas and not what is expected at this price or for a 5 star hotel. The check in staff were cold and not helpful when asking about the spa treatments available (the menu was only in Spanish) this stopped us booking one. The service at dinner and breakfast was slow as the restaurant was busy and not enough staff. We liked our stay but this aspect definitely needs improvement for the price of a nights stay!
