El personal de servicio en el restaurante fatal súper maleducados , más aún el que estaba de jefe de meceros un mal educado El precio es demasiado alto para la falta de comodidad estaba lloviendo todos los días y los caminitos no tienen un techo que cubra , el piso resbalosísimo y no hay asensor y facilidades para personas con discapacidad

Que tenga asensor O alguna plataforma para subir al restaurante El dormitorio no tiene para conectar USB No hay televisión

"Inseguridad y hurto de las habitaciones"

Nos causó mucha inseguridad que al dejar el dinero dentro de la habitación se perdió, eso llama la atención en la seguridad y personal del lugar, aparte de que no tienen cámaras para hacer seguimiento, fue una decepción ya que salimos perdiendo.

"A stunning place, but the constant daytime noise affected the experience."

Beautiful location and surroundings, with amazing views and a peaceful natural setting. The facilities are well designed and the overall atmosphere has great potential for relaxation.

Ongoing construction created noise throughout the day, including loud talking and shouting from workers. In addition, a grass trimmer was running from the morning until lunchtime, which was also very disturbing and made it difficult to relax. It would be better to limit noisy work to certain hours.

Breakfast and Dinner were incredible and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The place was clean, comfortable and the views were incredible. It was nice to be separate from the city.

It was a little far from the city to do activities.

en 2014 yo había ido y fue excelente pero ahora que regreso después de tantos años veo que no han remodelado nada y tampoco le dan mantenimiento a las piscinas, está como viejo y estacandado en el tiempo, para lo que cuesta, me parece que no está bien eso

deben darle manteminiento a las piscinas, también al parecer prescindieron del personal porque tienen poca gente trabajando, lo cual dificulta la atención en algunos espacios del lugar, uno como usuario tenía que ir a buscar a alguien para que atiendan
