Sunset House

Beautiful, quiet, clean. We saw lots of animals, which my daughter enjoyed. Very Good food right outside the gate.

It’s not the fault of the property, but the food is incredibly expensive in the hotel zone and tacos into town are $50/one way.

I loved the location. It was set back from the beach but came with beach access. I liked the layout of the rooms and the surrounding gardens.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room and more lighting. The rooms were very dark especially on the cloudy rainy day we were there. Also, please put hypoallergenic/waterproof mattress protectors on the mattresses - it was kinda gross knowing that I was sleeping on a mattress that had soaked in others sweat or whatever could have been spilled on the bed.

House in natura, very good location, quiet and safe place, nearby restaurants, breakfast places and wonderful beach.

Everything. Amazing staff. Friendly and helpful. Response is great. Beautiful Mexican/Maya fusion design of exterior and interiors. Location great on the doorstep of great restaurant Luna and coffee/smoothie place. My favourite stretch of a very long beach road. Great restaurants and high end hotels you can visit on your doorstep. Numerous rooftop areas overlooking the jungle. Great live music emanates from Luna restaurant, complimenting the vibe.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I will stay here again on my return to Tulum.

This was our second time staying at Sunset House and we really enjoyed the location and facilities, especially the rooftop kitchen.

THe room is very well located and the staff is really good and attentious. Dante was always avaliable to help and five advice regarding the area.

The shower was not the best. Low pressure water , but maybe is a chatacteristic of tulum not only sunset tulum.
