clean room, nicholas was amazing, very responsive, answered any questions at any time, great to have the beach access

the AC only worked at one temperature, we had a slight issue with a scorpion in our room, but Nicholas ensured it was removed in a timely fashion (even at 2am!)

Great hotel price, comfortable beds! Very tranquil.

I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and friendly vibe of Sunset House. The hotel was perfect! The view from the rooftop is incredible, and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. I highly recommend it!

We thought we booked the bigger rooms in the sunset house building , not knowing we were booking a room in the casa coyote building

Total quiteness while only a few steps away from the busy coastal road. Nicolas doing a great job, being available, responsive and making sure all details were correct (or corrected ASAP)

Just like all of Tulum, this is overpriced. It is part of the hype. The last kilometers before you arive, you cannot help but say "waw, how beautiful is all of this". Sustainable is the goal of every building in Tulum, but clearly not of the prices.

The location is right at the end of the famous beach strip, very close to a beautiful cenote and a nature reserve. The rooms are spacious and beautifully set up, simple, modern and clean. There is a rooftop with a small swimming pool to cool off at night and a communal kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!
