I recently stayed at Hotel 7th Sense in an Executive Suite from April 29th to May 1st. My check-in experience was smooth, and the hotel's customer service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff, particularly the Manager Bhushan, were very humble and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. The amenities provided by the hotel were great, including room service, food delivery in the room, TV, WiFi, a tea coffee maker, and unlimited continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for my needs. Overall, I would still recommend Hotel 7th Sense to others based on my experience. The staff's excellent customer service and willingness to promptly address any issues made my stay very comfortable, especially the Manager Bhushan who went out of his way to ensure that all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

While the quality of the room was generally good, I did encounter a few issues. The bed sheet was not cleaned, which was promptly addressed by the Manager Bhushan, and the Housekeeping department head. Additionally, the mounted shower was not there, and only a hand shower was available. The handle was also loose and frequently coming up, which we had to adjust ourselves. This is something that the hotel staff could check before handing over the room to the customer.
