"Rooms were clean. Tube light above mirror in bathroom was fused. Handle of water tap was coming out."

The breakfast was okay.

The carpet in the corridor was very dirty. Suggested them to either replace it or remove it.

We liked the space and comfort of this place. Room and bathroom was clean. Bedsheets and pillow covers were also clean. The food was also amazing. Staffs are cooperating in nature. Overall it was a good experience.

One thing I would like to point out is that, the staff should atleast offer to drop the bags to the room from reception during arrival because guests are already tired sometimes due to journey. You can still improve the room facilities according to the price. There was a lump of dust and dirt on the coffee table which was stuck there. Rest was good.

I really appreciate the hospitality given by the staff at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a perfect location. Overall a great experience for my stay at the Seventh Sense hotel.

"The best hotel at Bhilai"

Location : near to BSP Staff : everybody are very cooperative and friendly. Food : very nice Cleanness : very good. Well maintained. WiFi : well working. Totally good. Next time I will stay this hotel.

In front of 3rd floor restaurant has smell. Outside view. I couldn't open the cartain.
