St Anne's Hotel & Restaurant

Les lits étaient confortables.

Nous n'étions pas attendu alors que la réservation était sur faite sur booking , donc la chambre n'était pas prête.Nous avons du demander des serviettes , des draps ( qui avaient la texture de nappes), du savon. Nous avons pris cet endroit car bien noté et excentré donc censé être calme.Effectivement rien autour pour manger et chiens qui hurlent la nuit . L'hotel est vétuste tous les équipements sont rouillés. Le petit déjeuner était baclé . Le personnel toujours souriant , n'hésite cependant pas à quémander une bonne appréciation.

John and his team took care of us like a family ! Thanks for your service and hospitality ! Thanks for the nice breakfast and succulent home made dinner ! Great spot to visit easily Jaffna ! We’ll come back for sure !

The staff were excellent, so welcoming and attentive. Everywhere was so easy to get around by very cheap Turk-tuks so the location worked well. We had a nice balcony and the room was very comfortable.

Hisa ima prijetno okolico, polno rož in zelenja, veliko dvorišče in privatno parkirisce.

Soba je bila brez oken ali balkona, čeprav smo rezervirali sobo z balkonom. Zajtrk bi lahko bil bolj bogat.

Very frendedly stuff and value for money.

Very helpful and cooperative staff, promptly responding for any possible request. They hired to med a Tuktuk driven with very polite and cooperative driver.

A familyrun hotel in a quiet lane. Absolutely fine for 2 nights. Its too far to walk to the center but the tuktuk ride is cheap.

They could have cleaned the floor in our room a bit better.
