CAT BA ECO HOTEL

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, Vivian helped us incredibly well. She is extremely friendly, empathetic, and truly goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. You can ask her absolutely anything, and she is always there for you. Since we arrived early after a night bus, we were allowed to check in earlier, which was a huge plus for us. On the day of departure, we were also able to use the shower, which we really appreciated. Vivian arranged everything quickly and efficiently: scooters were ready for us within minutes, and even our laundry was done the very same day, which is quite exceptional. She made sure everything went smoothly and stress-free. The room itself was also excellent: very clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Everything was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, an excellent stay with outstanding service; Vivian truly makes the difference. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Cat Ba Eco Hotel. We arrived a little early and were able to check in. The staff were lovely and the breakfast very good. The beds were really comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants.

Really nice rooms, modern, electricity / hot water always working with no problems. Friendly and helpful staff members, one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Vietnam, fair prices, excellent central location.

Een warm welkom bij aankomst en heel behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was gewoon goed, niet te veel speciaals maar alles wat er lag was lekker. Goed werkende airco, een lekker bed en een schone badkamer! Top top top

Super helpful staff & great free breakfast!

Hôtel hyper confortable, à quelques centaines de mètres de l’antenne de radio d’où la vue sur la baie d’Halong est magique ! Nous avons pu louer à l’hôtel un scooter pour faire le tour des autres sites. Les personnes à la réception sont incroyablement gentilles. Le petit déjeuner varié et correct. Un rapport qualité prix jamais vu !!
