CAT BA ECO HOTEL

L’hôtel est très bien placé au centre de Cat Ba pour toutes les excursions Le petit déjeuner est super La chambre est fonctionnelle et le personnel chaleureux !

Peut être manque t’il une petite lumière d’appoint !

This is a great hotel with a central location and close to the Main Street with many food choices. Clean and modern facilities. Mr Huang was great to deal with and helped us with our transportation and scooter rental. He was also very attentive to our needs and questions. Great breakfast.

Das Cat Ba Eco Hotel ist eine sehr gute, empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage (Restaurants, Supermärkte etc.) und gleichzeitig gut gelegen für lohnenswerte Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Hotelpersonal hilft bei der Auswahl geeigneter Ausflüge oder bei der Motorrollervermietung. Ich war mit einem gemieteten Motorrad unterwegs und konnte so die Ausflüge in die Umgebung genießen. Ich folgte dann der Empfehlung eines Schiffsausfluges in die Lan-Ha und Halongbucht. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit diesem gelungenen Ausflug.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Une douche qui mériterait d’être refaite une salle de bain pas très agréable Du linge de toilette usé ainsi que le tapis de sol taché et remis quotidiennement Les lits devraient être mieux faits (cheveux)

The location was good. We were off the main street, so was quiet. The desk staff were very helpful booking a tour and our bus to Hanoi. They went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. The breakfast was good. There is one woman who worked very hard to keep everything stocked.

Super friendly and very professional staff. Especially Vivian helped us a lot with infos and booking things. Offered tours and rentals had a good price and we enjoyed the tours very much. Room and bathroom were clean, shower worked well. Wifi was good (after we realized that we needed to insert the keycard to start Wifi/repeater in our room). The room and the whole hotel were in very good shape. Location is great, close to all sorts of restaurants and shops. No Karaoke or other big sources of noise nearby (just the usual scooters and such). The constructions on Cat Ba are also happening somewhere else so that was good. It's a 15min walk to the harbour for the Lan Ha Bay tours. Breakfast was also good (small buffet with pancakes, fruits and vietnamese choices). We liked it very much here and decided to stay one day longer. Would stay here again any time.

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but we knew that beforehand (we had two beds in the room - as stated in the booking).
