旅館的員工十分熱心禮貌且回復都很詳細, 幫忙把行李送到門口, 有任何需求都會盡量幫忙做到. 內部空間十分寬敞, 即使是兩個大行李箱打開也綽綽有餘 小小的園景在泡湯時也可以看得到, 讓人覺得有在這個空間被療癒到 這次挑選 12/31 跨年的時間入住, 當晚還有提供蕎麥麵宵夜, 1/1的早餐也有特別提供日本傳統過年吃的年菜, 新年酒等服務 地點離京都車站走 10~15分鐘可到, 其實沒有非常遠, 整體是個非常開心的入住經驗

便利商店與地鐵, 公車等的距離較遠, 因為是住宅區很安靜, 但晚上一個人走時也會因此有點緊張 XD 房間的燈光較昏暗 即使全開並開到最亮還是有點暗, 因此整理行李時稍稍不方便

Staff Location Cleanliness

Futon beds for kids were not so comfortable. We had to wait long for hot water or between showers.

"Highly recommend this lovely ryokan in Kyoto"

Absolutely lovely boutique property, so clean, welcoming and peaceful. The beds and rooms are quite confederate, the breakfast meal was very traditionally Japanese, creative and tasty with many small precious bites. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

Just a bit out of the way from sights but truly, a very lovely stay.
